**Manufacturing Execution Platform**

* ShopTrack is a digital manufacturing platform with a dedicated focus on execution and real-time control of the production floor.
* It links the enterprise system (like ERP/MRP) to the manufacturing area, replacing various legacy systems.
* It makes it easy to track production and quality activities by personnel, serial number, date & time, providing accurate, live, paperless data.
* It supports key performance indicators (KPIs) like Performance, Quality, Training, MPS, and Availability (OEE).
* Other functions include Traceability, Process & Equipment Management, Quality & Statistical Process Control, Data Collection, Production Definition Management, Product Structure, and Manufacturing Engineering.

**Manufacturing Dashboard and Live Data**

* The system includes a Manufacturing Dashboard with various modules, like:

* Shop Task Time Sheet
* QA Task Approval
* NCR Approval
* Product Structure
* Tool Calibration
* STS Admin Dashboard
* It provides Manufacturing Live Data, including QA Live Data, Task Live Data, Rec Insp Live Data, Actual Hours, and MPS

**Manufacturing/Quality – Task Tracking**

* A proprietary database tracks all daily activities by Employee, Task, Serial, date/Time, with a live data report.
* Assembly floor staff enter "task" related data into the databases daily.
* Data sheets are available for QA Task Approval and Mfg Task Clock In/out.

**Manufacturing – Database Tools**

* **Training Database:** Tracks all manufacturing required training for skill sets, equipment, processes, etc. Employee training is considered vital to developing a capable and effective work team and is critical to productivity and schedule performance.
